In reply to gayatri tiwari. Hi! If you want to use buttermilk, I would use 1 cup of buttermilk instead of the milk in the recipe, and do not add vinegar. I have not tested this version with buttermilk, but I think this will work well. Let me know how it goes! Thanks!
