Hi Hannah,

I haven't tried that yet, unfortunately. I thought of it but with baking soda, I enjoyed the texture and flavour as is, so I didn't explore other leavening options. It would be worth a try, perhaps using 10 mL (2 teaspoons) baking powder instead of the baking soda. Hope that helps!
