Well this pie is pure heaven. And since you've made it for your dear readers, and not at ALL yourself, I am eagerly awaiting my slice.

I've been itching to bake a pie, so it's on my list in the next couple weeks! I haven't made many pies in my life, but I think I've only used cornstarch as a thickener. Would love to hear what others use as well!
